I AM MANY THINGS
A business leader, HR expert, Mentor and Intuitive Strategist with over 15 years working in leadership across the public, private and non-profit sectors. I am also spiritual, a certified Reiki Practitioner, a mom and wife and friend, a wellness and nutrition nut, a raiser of laying hens and keeper of dogs, and an enthusiastic yet ill-accomplished gardener.

These four values guide everything I do, and they transcend my business and personal life. They apply equally in all aspects of who I am and how I show up, and how I evaluate myself and when necessary, if I need to course correct.
